Handling non-ascii charset for `Save torrent to black hole or send magnet link`

What do you expect to happen? What does happen? In the manual search UI, I can see the right non-ascii characters, but when I click Save torrent to black hole or send magnet link, I see messy characters in the file system.
Have you searched for this problem? You don't have to answer, just make sure. I think we can solve the problem just as #841 , It's like a simple encoding problem
Can the problem be reproduced? How? try to do search for something with other language and Save torrent to black hole or send magnet link
If you use a docker container please tell me which one. Version: 5.3.3 Container version: v5.3.3-ls118 Container release type: Release Container author: linuxserver.io 278e37f19208 lscr.io/linuxserver/nzbhydra2:latest

It's not as easy to fix because I can't find the code that causes the problem and I can't reproduce it locally.
