[x] For 64*64 image, thermal band 1 pixel 4 sq Km- then bbox area would be
16,384 sq km
. Note- Bands have different resolutions.
[x] Rectify bbox_generation script, right now gives wrong sized bbox
[x] Add randomness, right now bbox is generated around centroid of fire polygon
