[x] Adding id to feature when writing shapefile for tracking of hotspots

            for feature in dst_layer:
                feature_dict = feature.ExportToJson(as_object=True)
                feature_dict['properties']['id'] = id
                geojson_featurecollection['features'].append()

[x] hotspots_[timestamp_of_acquisition/scan]
[x] directory for specifying download/processing/save folder and threshold in .env file.
[x] deleting temp files (geotiff, .nc etc) after geojson generation. Geojson should not be deleted.
