Issue Description?

Looks like 191 moved out and dump their stuff out including sofa. Please contact the owner and ask them to get it removed or face the charges if we do so. Explain its both side of the block. One side rubbish dumped in big bag and other side furniture.

Further more dumping of some washroom cabinet. Have we got any communications?

The property is jointly owned and I spoke on the phone to one of the owners about this today, he did not want to take any responsibility and advised this was due with his previous tenants that have now been evicted. He advised that I would need to speak to the other owner of the property but would not give me the contact details.

I explained that he is responsible for the property as the owner regardless of whether he chooses to rent this property out or not. The phone cut off. He did later text me and asked for my email address.

I will follow this up in a couple of days.

Please follow up. We need to get this removed. If they are not responding then let me know and I get this arranged with them paying the cost.

I have received an email today from one of the owners of the property seeking proof that these items were left by his previous tenant, I have just email back with the CCTV footage and await a response.

I will follow this up in a couple of days time if I do not get any response.

I have followed this up again. I have advised that if we do don’t hear back by next Wednesday (01.06.2022) we will assume that the leaseholder is happy for us to arrange for these items to be collected and for the cost to be recharged back to the property.

The leaseholder has advised that this collection has now been booked collection with Redbridge Council, this will take place 06/06/2022.

Thanks. The sofas are gone.
