Since when this issue started?

Couple months.

Issue Description?

Residents are complaining about cleaning by iconic. They are coming too late and leaving just quickly. The cleaning standard is not great. residents will log pictures here.

As per the cleaning company they didn’t do the cleaning today (9/5/2022) because they had wrong cord. They say they will come tomorrow.

Few pictures of block G. We need to track their cleaning for next few weeks as they seem to be failing every other week now.

Cleaners have been told that they are on notice. They spent 6 hours on Monday 16th to clean thoroughly. We need to track them next Monday too to see if we are happy. Outside for litter picking, the worked was good as well as bin areas. But we will keep an eye on them. Please update next Monday if things are done properly.

Iconic who carry out the cleaning on Mondays have been notified and we have asked to see an improvement as this is not acceptable. This will be reviewed going forward in the coming weeks and months to see if any improvements have been made. All feedback regarding the cleaning is taken seriously.
