Constant over the past twelve months

Issue Description?

The dumping of drawer is known and the resident have been asked to remove it. Same with Sofa where the ticket is launched. Some lf the littering issue needs to go to iconic and rest are maintenance that needs to be carried out like doors abs interiors.

Another issue added - missing brick on cap of brick pillar on the front wall on Loxford Lane close to the Loxford Youth Centre/ pupil referral unit

We are currently in the process of obtaining quotes for the various outstanding maintenance issues around the development. We will then look to proceed starting with the most urgent issues.

Have we started some work. I have some doors are mended and their locks are corrected?

The repairs to the bin shed doors have taken place, the doors have been repaired and the hinges have been replaced where required to ensure that they operate correctly.

24EDFC9C-9D42-45E6-B1D0-ECA189A25DB7 The communal bin doors have been repaired but they desperately need repainting to give some indication of proper maintenance. This is just one example at the junction of Blackthorn Road and Lawson Close. When is repainting going to happen before bad weather restarts?

We are awaiting for quotes for this works and plan to have this carried out before before the winder time.
