Issue Description?

Despite Jeremy RR property manager saying on Gitgub on 11/10/2022 that this matter was resolved by L and Q it is not. As of 12/10/2022 the spilt paint is still there and no effort has been made to remove it. Please take steps to have it removed and chase L and Q

Thank you for letting us know. L&Q have now been contacted about this and have been ask to arrange for this to be removed.

The paint is still not removed. Please ask them to do the needful.

This has been followed up with L&Q.

L&Q have today advise us that they have instructed a contractor to attend to this. This will be follow this up with L&Q at a later date.

This is still not done nor they look after the bin rooms. Robert has been cleaning and setting it correctly. Please ask them to take the responsibility of this area and bin rooms.
