The garden in front of 24 Blackthorn Road is constantly untidy and often with rubbish/bits of furniture in it. Please get the landlord to clear this

The resident has been contacted on email and has been advised that this area needs to be cleaned and kept tidied at all times.

This has now been followed up as the residents has not been responded to my emails or picked up any of my calls.
