Issue Description?

I noticed this rubbish on 14 January. When I returned on 29 January it was and still is there in the front garden. Can you please write to the owner / occupier and ask them to remove it responsibly I.e. not via the communal bin stores. IMG_3743

The resident is known to us and he is a responsible person. I have no concern that it will be chucked in communal bin as he is aware of us and the rules and have been very proactive with us implementing it.

The property owner has now been contacted and has been asked to remove this rubbish.

The resident has contacted me to advise that there were some issues with the builder and that the rubbish is due to be removed today at around 2pm.
