If you have done anything that raises your health beyond the vanilla 10 hearts, if you log out with full health, the next time that you log in, your health will be reset down to 10 hearts, and your hunger/satiation will be used to refill the additional hearts. I can imagine this getting extremely tedious and problematic if you increase your max health by large quantities by the time you reach endgame, however that ends up being defined for this pack.
