OP Doubled Chili Seed #121

Issues: By breaking the unriped Chili seed which is need be planted on a Wooden Stack, sometimes you will get two chili seed, which is normally one. It leads a free produce of chili seed, absolutely once and for all.

View: If this is just a deliberate design——No offense——I personally think this is an unreasonable design, though it's a single little piece of the modpack. But I prefer to believe that it was a misunderstanding by changing drops probability when break all plants or crops. By the way, I haven't test other crops yet, but this chili one is definitely happened.

Dont think its a huge problem tbh, you can have unlimited amounts of bonemeal just by smashing wand on dirt. Thus I only have one each plant in my farm, can easily get hundreds of products if needed...
