Using Wildberry Wine from Rustic increases the power of status effects on the player (says potions but it also effects other things like Angel of Vengeance Buffs). When it does this the lvl 2 versions counts as a new status effect. Combine this with the potion duration traits from the Astral Sorcery (also works on all status effects) and you end up with buffs with insane durations. The perk tree pictured below was giving effectively a 72x duration.
