Celestial Altar Quest Not Completing #71

Is there a command I can use to force complete the quest?

Same with me. I've upgraded the crafting altar/table before I build the structure surrounding it. Could that have caused the quest to miss behave? Can we skip to the next quest (related to astral sorcery) in line?

I am having the same problem. When I did it the first time I got the achievement popup and the unlock in Astral Sorcery book but not in the Patchouli quest book. I've recreated the structure 4 times from scratch and still no completion in the Patchouli book. Is there a command to complete the mission?
