The way to obtain Infused Wood is left (possibly intentionally?) extremely vague in the Astral Sorcery tome, which also means no entry in JEI for it. There are a few items in the central quest line for the modpack that require Infused Wood so if you're not already familiar with the ins-and-outs of Astral Sorcery, you would have no idea how to obtain it. (I found the answer on a third party guide site.)
The more generalized suggestion here is to assume any player picking up your modpack is new to all mods within the pack. If you assume a certain level of familiarity with a particular mod within the pack that is not pretty strongly self-sufficient and defined (e.g. JEI, JourneyMap), that sort of thing should be spelled out up front. (This issue is absolutely not unique to this modpack; this is a very common issue I've seen across just about every modpack I've encountered, but it is most obvious in packs that have strong quest / advancement structures to them.)
