Bug: Constraint Metal Plate Detection #155

Second quest for the AcademyCraft bit "Imag-ine a Better System" has a progress stopping bug. When you craft the Constraint Metal Plates using the rolling machine or the AcademyCraft Metal Former, HQM does not seem to recognize that you actually crafted them. This keeps the quest from being handed in which effectively stops the entire AcademyCraft chain.
