Docs are broken (v1 and v2)

Came across this library and checked out the docs, but it seems there are some issues there:

• v2: all images are broken (404) Eg. https://glide.herokuapp.com/2.0/kayaks.jpg?h=333 that is used on the Size v2.0 docs page (but basically all other images too)

• v1: Index page throws a 404 error. See: https://glide.thephpleague.com/1.0/ The images work just fine on the detail-pages though: https://glide.thephpleague.com/1.0/api/flip/

• v0.3: Seems to work just fine
