Build failing on travis #5

There seems to be some sort of issue with use of Mockery in the build, the tests were passing prior to the last commit. I'm going to dig around a little bit and see if I can't get the travis build to pass. I'm using this as an example in my book, I'd just feel better about doing so if I could see the tests pass.
