Added new third-party provider for Fortnox

@robbanl, it looks like codepeak/oauth2-fortnox doesn't have any tests. We encourage all third-party providers to follow best practices and include tests with their code. Once you've updated the repository and have a suite of passing tests, we'll gladly merge this PR.
