Abstracted common functions from RapidPurchaseRequest for future extensions, added extra eWAY specific fields (such as Shipping Method) and incorporated more existing Omnnipay fields (such as Shipping Address and Items).

Greetings new maintainers! Would it be possible to review this pull request, I've further submissions that would rely on this first step (eWAY Rapid Shared Page (hosted payments) and Rapid Direct).

Forgot this merge request was pointed at my master. Now includes the eWAY Rapid hosted page ("Responsive Shared Page") and Rapid refund methods as well.
