Returning ECI codes #122

Hi does anyone know if it is possible to return the ECI code with the transaction response?

If they are returned by the gateway, then they will be available in the response object, and possibly the notification post.

I'm not sure ECI codes have been standardised across Omnipay, but it may be something that would be of benefit.
