Support Symfony 7 #135

@olegpro there are a couple of tests failing because of this. Any chance you can look into it?

If not, no worries, but then I'll revert before tagging a new release and Symfony 7 support will have to wait.

Ended up removing a test which tested for symfony being able to boot, which I think it no in scope of this lib. So all good.
