added ukrainian version, partial cyrillic font fix #73

Added ukrainian translation.

There is a problem with Museo font - it doesn't contain cyrillic characters. I changed Museo 500 and Museo Sans 500 to Museo Cyrillic (because only 500 weight version is free), which contains both latin and cyrillic characters. That solved some problems, but not all.

@reinink any chance you can look into this? I have no clue wether the different font has any other side effects.

Also, @optiman, sorry for the late reply. We'll handle this asap.
