Just started using uswds-vue last night. What is the progress on the Vue3 implementation? #2

I'm using Vue3, and just picked up uswds-vue last night. I'm having a compilation error. I see on the Rreadme that you were hoping to have a Vue3 version release today. I'm curious to know how that is coming along.

Got a little side tracked, but working on it now. Hope to get out in the next 2 weeks
