Looking at the running version build time, now the timezone difference in https://github.com/theplant/ip2location-nginx/pull/21#issuecomment-1378289887 (DST) makes sense.

@xuxinx I'm not sure if we need to keep at a certain release cadence because of such reasons. Right now we only rebuild weekly, but we are not deploying them.

I think we need to deploy them to make the Geo DB up-to-date.

I have opened a ticket on Jira to track periodic deployment.
