USWDS date picker not initializing for symptom onset question #4

I've begun to investigate this. I don't yet know what is happening. The needed button to open the calendar is missing, and I don't yet know why. More to come...

Ok, I'm stumped. I'm going to see if I can pop into the USWDS/18F/TTS Slack today and try to talk to someone.

I am trying to get into the TTS Slack but am having authentication issues. Have asked @benguhin for help.
