Night mode theming #107

This would allow the reader to view the website in night mode. We would have to discuss how we would want night mode to look.

Originally was planning to implement it as a toggle member function in the Color class in lights/models but it seems like lights/admin takes the class itself rather than an object, so I need to rethink this.

Currently trying to use bootstrap + bootswatch to implement the theming. Need to figure out how to apply it so all html, if all else fails I can add it to every template separately
