Add language templates

Follow the following naming standard

template.

In case a template for a language already exists, you can add another with the next suffix number, i.e,

• if cpp_template.cpp alread exists add the new file as cpp_template_2.cpp
• if cpp_template_2.cpp alread exists add the new file as cpp_template_3.cpp
