Add dispached agency to map pop-up #15

Would be nice to have a link to the dispatched agency in the map pop-up.

Agreed. It could also be interesting to see this as a filter option for the map itself. See all "Henrietta Fire" dispatched calls for the selected incident types.

Great idea! I'll add a ticket to rethink how the maps are done.
