Allow for organization specific searches, not all of elasticsearch database #29

Right now the web app just searches all of the index, it would be nice to allow for organization specific searches.

Implemented using filters.

http://anna.duffnet.local:8080/search.json?phrase=welcome&orgid=1&bodyid=1 (note this url will error).
