Create page that displays all of the bodies and organizations

This is called entities now.

Need to simply implement a pretty way of displaying the contens of this REST API:

http://monroeminutes.org/entities.json

Might want to steal code from one of the admin pages:

https://github.com/thequbit/monroeminutes/blob/master/src/web/admin.html

It would be nice to have some kind of splash image of each town's town hall or something of the like.
