It would be great to use third party resources. Here is an initial attempt to use the bootswatch 'reader' theme.

Awesome, thanks for sending this in! I continue to be amazed at the popularity of this project, and have really enjoyed watching it grow.

How did the pake build and such work for you?

Great.. I enjoyed working on it.

Pake worked just fine for me. Apart from the issue mentioned in #29, I didn't face any problems.
