Should add options to process something other than full load/write

Possible options:

• only load/write a specific component

• only load/write a specific asset or assetbundle

• only load/write a specific version(?)

• only components

• only assets

• only specific csv

• only CSVs

• make default source and default output

• can probably breakdown options: -- input source (with default) -- output directory (with default) -- write components (including specific ones or all) in JSON -- write assets (including specific ones or all) in JSON -- write component CSVs (including specific ones or all) -- from specific versions or all

Maybe something different for "exploring" as well
