webapp: use apps scripts for backend only #205

and thus use ContentService rather than HtmlService to get necessary data, use as webapp or API, all in the hopes of not having to deal with iframe cross-domain headaches for Apps Script (which has prevented a user from logging into mffer within an iframe).
