Bug/Crash Report on Ver 3.1 on macOS 10.14.6 -- Check for Updates

Running Bluegriffon 3.1 on macOS 10.14.6 (Mojave).

I was on a path to test and buy BlueGriffon, but will not buy as long as it crashes so often. BlueGriffon consistently CRASHES when I go to Preferences > General > Check for Updates.

Just tried File > Open BuleGriffon has crashed several times today. The first crash was just after the install, when I clicked on "check for updates" I went to your website, downloaded the install file (.dmg), and installed again. Crashes continued.

I have a class trying to use it on Mojave - crashes whenever they try to either open a file or save a file. Freezes the entire machine - have to reboot. Does it every time.

I have a similar issue. It always crashed when i open another application. I use mac os Catalina.
