Remove level 0 #31

There is no level zero (to my knowledge) and so this has been removed.

What would be the use case for removing level "0"?

I put level 0 in because maybe someone wants to print a badge but hide their level for some reason. Maybe they are just a community advocate of some sort (like the Campus Agents thing a year ago) and are not trying to identify as a specific player.

Those are just my thoughts, but I am happy to hear your thoughts on why it should be removed.

I was thinking just for efficiency and/or lightening the app. Now that I know people use level 0 it's probably good to keep it.

I will close this for now, then, unless/until there becomes a need for this.
