The MisteriBot is a Discord Bot, actually designed only to work on my Server, but I want to change this.

a command to report critical vulnerabilities confidentially #49

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to have a system with which users can report critical bugs or issues without everyone being able to see them.

Describe the solution you'd like You could make a command such as vulnerability (or report etc.) that creates a "ticket" to which only the developers of MisteriBot (and the person who reported it) have access to. This would work very similarly to *pc (which doesn't work right now). Humans could also just write the bot a DM in which they explain the issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered Yes, people could just write you a DM, but maybe the bot is in use on servers that you are not a part of or the people in those servers don't know you / your Discord account.

That is a great idea, @navnlos-issue-bot !

Hey, @navnlos-issue-bot ! Thank you for your ideas. I see the point and planned to implement this a long time ago in the MisteriBot-Discord-Server-only-bot-version. After your issue, I will implement it in the base version too. In the actual state of the art, you can write a DM directly to the bot. It gets forwarded to me. Furthermore, you can create a GitHub issue as you did.

Btw: Did you use the wrong account, @joseywoermann, or can you bot open issues anywhere?

See you!

This feature is very similar to #6 , so development isn't that hard.

It can work everywhere.
