Issues on Windows 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Batch download any area.
 2. See the folder %HOME%\.GMapCatcher
 3. Nothing new in that folder. It's size remains fixed at 589 KB

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The size of the folder %HOME%\.GMapCatcher should increase as the downloaded 
photos are supposed to be stored there. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GMapCatcher-0.8.0.2.exe on Windows 8. 

Also, running commands like `"C:\Program Files (x86)\GMapCatcher\download.exe" 
--max-zoom=15 --min-zoom=11 --latitude=25.958045 --longitude=94.394531 
--width=12700.0 --height=8490.0` doesn't download anything, it just keeps on 
saying `=*<urlopen error [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed>`. See the attached 
picture. 

Another thing, putting a location in the `Query` box and pressing enter gives 
an output `Cannot connect to http://maps.google.com`. See the other attached 
picture
