What is option '--chart' supposed to do??

right now, only cloudmade's background tiles will be downloaded. Users should 
be able to select the transparent OpenSeaMap-tiles (layer is named 'chart') as 
well  as well.

  --map         Retrieve map images (default)
  --satellite   Retrieve satellite images
  --terrain     Retrieve terrain images
  --hybrid      Retrieve hybrid images
are present as an option,
  --chart
is missing

btw: OpenSeaMap's seamark tileserver changed to t1.openseamap.org
