make sure you have it named as world1 in /.minecraft/saves/ of your phones sd
card.
if it dose not work test a new single player world. (i use a 1.3 server file
and it runs fine if i encounter that error its not put in right or i need to
open the program again.

what do you mean file doesn't exist? as in the program? or the level.dat? if
its the level.dat please do the above instructions (1st comment) and reply
back. theres little we can do but if you could post the file location of your
world1 folder on the sd card and what version of minecraft it was from it may
help.

Same error here. I have copied my multiplayer world to .minecraft\saves and
renamed the folder to World1. What could that be wrong?

Same error on Droid X, though it says
"Could not load world level.dat
FileNotFoundException:/mnt/sdcard/.minecraft/saves/World1/level.dat
(Permission Denied)
My world file type is the newer McRegion type, could that be an issue?

comment 5 might contain some vital information, i am looking up 'permission
denied android sd' on google for some info on this type of error and will
hopefully find a solution or a more defined error.

Ok, thanks. I'll create another Issue for this type of error, so that it wont
get mixed up with this issue. Just reply to me on that one, please.

I have copied my singleplayer level.dat into multiplayer world and it works.
But of course then i spawn on some random location and i cannot find way back
to our buildings.
I think problem may be that multiplayer files does not contain player data as
singleplayer do.

I'm assuming McRegion saved levels (all of them after 1.2) aren't supported :/
Haven't seen many updates in awhile, hope this project isn't dead!

I get Problem parsing level.dat, too. HTC Desire (Android 2.2) with a current
version SMP map (renamed to World1).
The videos look great! Please continue working on it, I'm pretty sure people
would pay money for it in the Android Market if it worked properly. I would.

Could it be that multi-player maps (beta 1.5_01) don't work

wow i've tried beta 1.3 1.4 an 1.5 maps both multi and single-player and it
keeps on saying: "Problem parsing level.dat" and yes i changed the name of the
world to world 1 every time.
What should i do?

To use a multiplayer map you have to open it with single player, save it, then
copy to your phone. For errors other than "Problem parsing level.dat", make
sure folder is on ur phone an properly named.
