Fix info sets graph #118

On the plot method, the info sets lines write over themselves. I think this can be addressed. Opening an issue to try and keep an eye on it. If and when I get a chance I'll try and pick this up.

I think that this is now addressed (by 9a571ba). If it's not for particular cases the code is at least much clearer:
