Feature: let users look at and edit their archived ratings #44

Showing archived ratings on the film detail page. Maybe a drop-down on the rating date to show them and a edit button for each rating. Or maybe a edit button for a whole page because we need to edit the active rating too. Don't want a bunch of edit buttons around screen.
