Add color to review types. #9

Because the site colors can be customized for each pen name, it is challenging to do any color enhancement of review types, but it could add some nice interest and depth. The thought is for a light color transluscent starburst background for each review type icon so they glow slightly different colors. Might look really awesome, might suck. Only way to tell is to try it. First step is to build a palette of 8 icon backgrounds to see what it would look like.

If it looks good, then there would probably need to be at least two full background palettes. One for blue/green kinds of backgrounds and one for earth tone kinds of backgrounds. The settings and themes would then extend to make the palettes selectable.

Having added colors for "merit badges", chromacoding the review types is going to push this over the top.
