Point edit writing guide

The phrasing of the points is currently lacking punch, and the voice is somewhat inconsistent as well. Really needs a pass through by someone with good writing skills.

The format should generally be date|handle|impact or date|impact. Guidelines:

• Center the affected minority group in the impact: Who was affected.
• Do not reduce things to identity politics.
• Don't fall into "Heroes and Holidays" mode. People are not nuanced, and they are frequently taught to think that masses are ineffective without an individual leader.
• Avoid feeding propaganda that resistance is always violent or futile when it comes from people of color. The key point is to describe the discrimination, direct oppression, or difference in privilege.

The points still need a pass through, but that will be in conjunction with moving to server based model with multiple contributors. Part of that will be an editing form for points. Part of that form should be these guidelines.
