in dashboard / settings ; display existing data of Keys and values in Datatable before your form.
Your data table should have following fields. and should be like that:
S.# Key Value Created At Updated At 1 companyName TRS 2016-09-25 -- 2 adminEmail a@a.com 2016-10-05 2016-10-09 3 copyright -- 2016-11-14 --
