[Feature request] Display target markers and reticule at the same time. #47

In Foundry V10 Core, target markers and reticule are displayed simultaneously. So you can see who else is aiming at your target. With Smart-Target one excludes the other at the moment, which is a pity, because you have to deselect targets first to see who else is targeting them.

Is it possible to change this?
