Add settings 'Force to use selected tokens image for build the indicator portraits'
Add settings 'Use the owned tokens if no tokens is selected (Ignored if you are GM)'
Add more libwrapper inspired from the 'Easy-target' module, with some customization
Change scope of setting from 'client' to 'world', it's just create confusion.

Made several tests, I hope I haven't screwed everything up XD
