Cleanup and add option to remove the blur from the HUD #137

This fixes up some issues

Missing blur classes on some action (free, reaction etc)
Adds a merge so that new fields can be added to themes

This also adds the ability to remove blur via a theme setting. Right now its just in a theme file, but an option could be added later

This then closes https://github.com/theripper93/enhancedcombathud/issues/138

I recommend going through this per commit, I kept commit history clean and concise
