onHover throwing errors #4

Looks like when you hover over a wall while on the wall layer, an exception is being thrown. Happens with only this module + libwrapper + socketLib as the only active modules.

This happens when the tooltip option is disabled, thanks for catching it - fix will be out in next release (the error is harmless so you can ignore it for now)
