Adding too many tokens makes the app unusable #94

photo If I add too many tokens, enough that the entire visible space is covered by TITokenField and tokens start going below the keyboard then the app becomes unusable as I cannot scroll to the remaining fields at all. And can only add or delete tokens. Also can't see what I m typing as the view is hidden behind the keyboard

When the tokenfield loses focus, it should collapse and display something like "100 recipients".
