Make get_platform_specifics check whether libthermopack binary is found. #139

If binary is not found, look for the .icloud extension, if still not found, raise an error.

Before we merge this I'm thinking we should push a patch to testpypi and have someone who experiences the issue ''naturally'' see whether the patch works :)
